SalesRabbit is the only field sales management platform.

For most of my time at SalesRabbit, I was the sole designer. I helped create cohesive product experiences across platforms, using customer feedback to improve usability and help field sales teams work faster.

SalesRabbit helps field sales organizations plan, manage, motivate, and measure door-to-door sales teams. The product needed to support fast-moving reps in the field while giving managers clearer ways to coordinate teams, track performance, and keep reps focused.

Product design across platforms

As the sole designer for much of my time at SalesRabbit, I was responsible for creating cohesive designs across product surfaces. I partnered with product managers, engineers, leadership, and customers to improve usability, define workflows, and keep the experience consistent as the platform evolved.

The work balanced visual design with practical problem-solving. Sales teams needed tools that were easy to understand in the moment, resilient in real field conditions, and focused on helping reps take action without unnecessary friction.

User feedback played a major role in shaping improvements. I used input from reps, managers, and internal teams to refine flows, clarify interfaces, and support workflows that helped teams move with more confidence.

Mobile design and sales workflows

Field sales work depends on speed, focus, and clear next steps. I designed mobile experiences that helped reps understand where to go, what to do next, and how their work connected to team goals.

Alongside product UX, I also created marketing and product visuals that helped communicate the value of SalesRabbit to customers and internal stakeholders.

The goal across these surfaces was the same: make the product feel clear, energetic, and useful for teams trying to sell more effectively in the field.

Achievement system

I created achievement artwork and tiered badge systems that brought motivation, recognition, and personality into the product experience. The badge system supported a culture of progress while giving reps visual markers for performance and momentum.

The system included multiple badge families and progression tiers. Each asset needed to feel distinct while still belonging to a broader visual language that could scale across the platform.

This work blended UX, illustration, and brand expression, helping turn performance milestones into moments that felt rewarding and visible.

Impact

The work helped SalesRabbit present a more cohesive product across platforms while supporting customer-facing sales, onboarding, and marketing efforts. Product improvements and visual systems gave teams clearer tools for planning, collaborating, and selling more effectively.

Reflection

SalesRabbit was a formative role because it required me to operate across product design, mobile UX, visual design, marketing assets, and cross-functional product delivery. Being the sole designer for much of the work taught me how to move quickly, listen closely to users, and create practical design systems that supported real business needs.

The experience reinforced the value of balancing strong visual design with problem-solving, especially for teams that need software to perform in fast, high-pressure environments.
