The template builder allows for cohesive and unified efforts to make sure that communication from Aptive is the same throughout.

Easy to use appointment scheduler, allows for quick access to make last minute changes.

User account overview

The user account overview provides Aptive with all information that a user may have, allowing for quick response and updates.

Smart Search

Aptive has so many clients. The smart search allows for the users to be found based on many different elements.

Filter

If only there were a filter for the needle in the haystack. With so many clients, our users need to find groups of people based on specific criteria.

Properties page

Accounts with multiple properties can be accessed in the user’s properties page.

Heatmap

The Sales Planning Tool brings data and information at its most updated, allowing for managers to be able to find the areas that are most needed, and assign the best sales reps to the area.

    • Contributed to a 13% sales increase, adding 25,772 accounts and $25.5M in revenue.

    With intuitive design enhancing usability, the SPT accounted for 2% of overall sales growth and $509K in additional revenue, highlighting its vital role in Aptive's success.

  • Lead Onboarding Enhancements (2023-2024)

    • Challenge: Complex paperwork reduced lead engagement.

    • Solution: Simplified flows for W-9, I-9, and direct deposits.

    • Impact: Boosted lead retention by 1%, reducing poaching and drop-offs.

  • Plan Builder Innovation

    The new Plan Builder has enhanced Aptive's adaptability throughout the year, providing exceptional flexibility.

    In 2023, 50–80 updates to Sales Thresholds during summer—each previously requiring a week of development—were implemented seamlessly. This efficiency has saved $200,000 in costs, streamlining operations and enabling faster adjustments.

    Looking ahead, the Plan Builder's adaptability supports mid-year pricing changes, area-specific sales thresholds, and future integrations like Lawn Care services and Monthly Billing, reducing development time for expanded services. This innovation exemplifies operational efficiency and significant cost savings.

  • Additional contributions include developing comprehensive dashboard designs, creating user-friendly CRM interfaces, and producing engaging illustrations tailored for various projects.
